Our duplexes were newly constructed in 2014 with approximately 1200 sq. ft. of living space and a single car attached garage.  They come equipped with a washer and dryer, microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and water softener.  These duplexes are maintenance free and HCI does all the lawn care and snow removal.
